ARDEX SKM™ can be used use over interior concrete, wood, ceramic or quarry tile, cutback and other non-water soluble adhesive residues. ARDEX SKM delivers a permanent, smooth, durable finish prior to the installation of floor coverings. ARDEX SKM hardens quickly, is very easy to apply and dries fast without shrinkage.

Fast setting patch for smoothing and repairing concrete floors, ramps and stairways, as well as non-porous substrates such as terrazzo, ceramic and quarry tile, prior to the installation of floor covering. Special blend of portland cement, hydraulic cements and polymers.
