One-Component Waterproofing and Crack Isolation Membrane
ARDEX S 1-K™ One-Component Waterproofing and Crack Isolation Membrane is an easy-to-use, single-component, load-bearing waterproofing compound that produces a flexible, positive-side waterproof coating for all common interior building substrates requiring protection from topside water exposure that could damage tile installations. It also provides an excellent bonding layer for ARDEX tile and stone setting materials. ARDEX S 1-K can also be used for crack isolation up to 1/8″ (3 mm)*.

ARDEX SK 175™ is a pliable, sheet-applied, bonded waterproof membrane and vapor retarder constructed of polyethylene. Its high-performance fleece webbing securely bonds the membrane using ARDEX mortars prior to the installation of tile or stone in areas requiring topside waterproofing and enhanced vapor protection. Tile can be installed directly onto ARDEX SK 175™.
- Flood test 24hrs after installation
- For topside waterproofing over floors and walls
- Very low perm rating acceptable for residential and commercial steam showers (.04)
- Interior or exterior use
- Ideal for swimming pools; just one layer required
