Transport and Pour Cart made to assist in heavy pouring and moving. Fits a 15 gallon drum and is easily operated by one person. All steel construction equipped with 4 swivel casters and a toggle latch to hold the drum firmly in place. Drum (Vendor #22-816) is sold separately.
